Power Wash Surface
Power wash entire surface to remove dirt, debris, and any other loose materials.
Seal Any Rust
After power washing and cleaning any loose materials from the roof, We apply a rust inhibitor coating that guards the roof against further deterioration or corrosion.
Tighten Fasteners
Metal roofs move a lot with the thermal changes and result by loosening fasteners. We go over the entire roof checking all fasteners, making sure they are firmly secure and tight.
Seamless Waterproofing
Next, we seal all fasteners by encapsulating them with our waterproof membrane #8. All seams and protrusions get Poly-cloth reinforced embedded into coatings to create a seamless watertight surface.
Two Coats of Waterproof Membrane
Once the waterproofing has been done, two seamless layers of topcoat are applied, delivering a cool, UV protected, waterproof, restored roof.
